Job Type: Part-Time and/or Full-time

A Wholesale Food Distributor, is searching for a highly motivated person with experience in administrative duties, data entering, QuickBooks experience a must, Microsoft products, answering phones, and excellent customer service skills to join our team in our Atlanta-based wholesale food distribution warehouse. Our company needs an ambitious individual who enjoys working with a highly motivated team and communicates with our customers using friendly communication skills. Our dedicated team of professionals provides industry-leading food safety, quality, products, and personal service to every customer we serve. We are certified by: GA Department of Agriculture, USDA, PACA, HAACP, and Green Plus to serve the finest restaurants, hotels, caterers, and country clubs in our area. Applicant should be someone that pays careful attention to detail, follow directions and check his/her work for accuracy before completing a task.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED.
College Degree is a plus but not required.
Proficiency in Excel is a must; good skill set working with Microsoft products.
Ability to type 60 - 80 words a minute.
Must possess excellent communication, analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills; speak English.
Must have use and knowledge of QuickBooks purchasing and billing processing systems.
Must possess a high level of customer service skills.
Must be able to multi-task and successfully manage multiple priorities.
GA Driver's License.

Responsibilities:

Performs data entry into the billing and purchasing systems.
Key any Purchase Orders or Bills.
Interprets and processes invoices and delivery tickets and enters costs into the system.
Works closely with vendors, customers, and employees.
Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Other administrative duties as assigned.
